1. Scope and Operator
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website

All contracts are concluded exclusively on the basis of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Contract Language and Applicable Law
The contract language is English.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
3. Products and Print-on-Demand Model
3.1 All products are produced exclusively on a Print-on-Demand basis via our fulfillment partner Printful.
3.2 This means that products are manufactured individually only after an order has been placed.
For this reason:
We do not stock inventory
Each item is custom-made for the customer
3.3 Minor deviations in color, size, and placement of prints may occur due to the production process and do not constitute defects.
4. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
4.1 The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
4.2 A contract is concluded only when we confirm the order or ship the product.
4.3 You are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 All prices are shown in [EUR or your currency] and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
5.3 Payment is processed via the payment methods available on Squarespace (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
6. Delivery
6.1 We ship worldwide.
6.2 Delivery times depend on production and shipping destination and are displayed during checkout.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Print-on-Demand Restrictions
Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand production, the following applies:
❗ No Size or Color Changes
7.1 Size or color changes after ordering are not possible, as products are produced individually and cannot be resold.
❗ No Returns for Wrong Size or Preference
7.2 Returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection, color choice, or personal preference are excluded.
✔ Defective or Incorrect Items
7.3 If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
8.1 The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods produced on demand according to consumer specifications (§18 FAGG, Austria / Art. 16 EU Consumer Rights Directive).
8.2 As all items are produced individually, withdrawal is excluded unless the product is defective or incorrect.
9. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Manuel Eduardo Villalobos Barrea and may not be used without permission.
